Regarding Refund Policy

SARTHI FOUNDATION TRUST is a registered Trust bearing Registration No 549/19, & is duly registered with NITI Aayog Also. Sarthi Foundation Receives Donations from various sources for its charitable activities. Donations done by any individual / organization is there Sole discretion & will to donate, and any amount once donated can not be taken back. To process the Applications, Sarthi Foundation charges Nominal Application Fee for all its openings. ASK Center Fee / Application Fee / Franchisee Fee or any type of Application Fee is Non-Refundable and payment of application fee does not guarantee selection of ASK Center or candidate for aforesaid job. Application Fee is being charged to ensure the smooth process of Interview of ‘interested candidates only’. Sarthi Foundation gives chance to all eligible centers / candidate to appear in the screening / interview, and for the same, we schedule interviews of all applicants. After allotment of of Distributor / Center I’d, any cancellation request / refund request for any distributor or center cancellation request will not be considered.. 

Regarding Membership, Cancellation & Refund of Membership Fee  

To Promote Social and educational activities and support society, Sarthi Foundation offers membership of Trust to interested & deserving candidates. Sarthi Foundation offers 03 types of trust membership i.e Patron Membership, Life membership & Annual Membership. Candidates will be appointed on Volunteer basis and will be paid their remuneration for discharging there duties properly. Candidates will be appointed in various locations and they have to form groups and promote activities among group members.

In case, if membership of any candidate is being cancelled by trust, trust will deduct Annual Membership Fee for that financial year, and will refund the remaining amount in source account. 

In case, if within 30 days membership of any candidate is being cancelled by member itself, trust will deduct Annual Membership Fee for that financial year, and will refund the remaining amount in source account. After 30 days of membership, if any member want to cancel the membership, no cancellation / refund will be initiated. 

Notifications & Policies Regarding New Openings / Career with SARTHI

To Promote Social and educational activities and support society, Sarthi Foundation is inviting applications from interested candidates. Candidates may choose any District / Tehsil / Block of their Choice in application, and Sarthi Foundation always give priority to Home District / Nearby Districts appointment, but in case if for one location more than one candidates are eligible or if required Trust may appoint candidates in other districts / locations also, refusal of job offer on ground of location or interview date, will not be considered and candidates will be responsible for same. All Jobs are transferable by nature and if required, employees may be transferred from one location to another location. Candidates will be appointed on salaried basis and will be paid their salaries for discharging their duties properly. Candidates will be appointed in various locations and they have to form groups and promote activities among group members. All activities being performed on ZERO COST. If any candidate found involved in any kind of financial obligation, trust have full rights to terminate the services and appropriate legal action will be taken against candidate.

Candidates need to mail / submit the attested scan copies (Attested by Gazetted Officer / Notary) of all the required documents. Following All the Papers (Mandatory to be submitted) before interview panel, failing which you will be rejected from Interview.

Those Candidates who have applied for more than one post, will not get separate slot for each post. They will get single slot of interview, and screening will be done accordingly.

Nature of Job & Salary Structure:

Job Openings of Panjikaran Adhikari, Sahayak Panjikaran Adhikari, Panjikaran Sahayak, Karyalay Sahayak & Varishtha Sahayak, are Target based job. Above said positions are required for enrollment of Members on actual membership fee basis (minimum enrollment of 50 members per village, & number of villages depends on job profile i.e. for Project Coordinator  50 -70 Villages / Centers, Panjikaran Adhikari approx. 25 – 30 / Centers Villages, for Sahayak Panjikaran Adhikari 20 – 25 Villages / Centers, and for Panjikaran Sahayak 15 – 20 Villages / Centers likewise) and / or establishment of Atal Swasthya Sahayata Kendra in their posting areas, the targets will remain same but instead of enrolling members in villages, now team members have to establish ASSK centers in those villages, and the salary structure is combination of Fixed and Variable salary. If candidates will achieve minimum 60% of given target, they will get full salary, but in case if the achieved target is between 0 – 59%, salary will be considered for target done only, and salary will be reciprocal to target achieved only. 

Considering Social Distancing Norms and protocols, presently all field related activities has been stopped and we are promoting online activities, and Job role of all team members has been updated. Presently Team members have to established centers of Atal Sewa Kendra, Atal Swasthya Sahayata Kendra, Atal Shiksha Kendra, in their allotted areas, no other activities will take place till further notification. 

Before starting the job, selected candidates have to submit a Demand Draft of Rs 9999.00 (Fully refundable security amount, which will be refunded after successfully completing probation period of 11 months) and attend the training session organized by Foundation. After successful completion of training session, candidates have to submit the list of selected villages where they will be working, and after submission of village data, candidates will receive Promotional Kit, (Canopy, Standy, stationary materials etc) and I’d Card from office. Sarthi Foundation offers a Onetime Joining bonus to the candidates who successfully completes Eleven (11) Months in the Organisation. We conduct “Performance Review Appraisal” once after every 11 Month, and we give fair chance to all team members for their future growth and based on their best performance of consecutive 10 month (100% target achieved), we offer them promotion to next level. 

Job Openings of Master Trainers, & Trainers are for educational & training purpose & presently on hold. Above said positions are required for teaching / training to villagers for various activities and programs and the salary structure is combination of Salary & allowances. Salary for Trainers and Master Trainers are being calculated per class basis & based on Number of classes allotted / taken per week / per month Trainers & Master Trainers gets paid. Joining date of Trainers and Master Trainers will be counted from the date of 1st session delivered by them in allotted villages. Before that no allowances / salaries will be considered & calculated. Rest all rules and guidelines related to perks, benefits and leaves are as same as other employment profiles. Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease, depending on the actual requirement and appointments will be made strictly on need basis.

According to the most recent policy w.e.f. 01st August 2020, if you were fired, laid off, walked off on the job, Your eligible for re-hire after period of one year from you last employment separation. Candidate need to wait until after one year of your last separation of employment or six month of last application (in case not selected) and try again. Those who have applied in last 180 days, and didn’t qualified the interview, need not to submit the application form again. Candidate need to wait  after six months of your last application. If someone applies and application gets rejected, no refund will be initiated  / allowed in any circumstances.

In case of in-active employees / nonperformer employees, considering zero performance in last 30 days, trust may terminate the employment immediately. All mentioned positions are ‘Permanent’ by nature & purely performance-based jobs. In case of nonperformance by employees, Trust may terminate their services after reviewing poor performance. For any violation of code of conduct / disciplinary issue, Sarthi Foundation Trust reserves all rights to terminate the services of employee with immediate effect and as per Indian law, further legal actions also will be taken.

Regarding Online Payments / Payment Gateways

SARTHI FOUNDATION TRUST is using aggregate payment gateway services from PayU Payments Private Limited for Donations, Online Application Fee, & other Trust related works. By default, PayU Payments Private Limited send notifications to ‘Payee’ & ‘Payer’ regarding transactions made thru aggregator platform. In case if candidate wish to receive the ‘Payment receipt’ directly from Sarthi Foundation Trust, feel free to write us on by mentioning ‘Transaction Ref No’ and other details. After verifying the details Sarthi Foundation will provide soft copy of Receipt over mail, & original receipt can collected from our office.
